Reformers are specialized equipment used in Pilates that harness springs to offer resistance training for various exercises. They resemble a bed-like frame with a moving carriage that slides back and forth. This unique movement allows for exceptional core stability workouts. Additionally, reformers can be easily customized, allowing you to tailor your workout to achieve the perfect balance of resistance and support.

If you are a bit nervous about taking a reformer class for the first time, we recommend starting with the Reformer First Timer Class. This session introduces you to the machine, movements, and exercises, providing essential information for safe practice. It’s an interactive class where questions are always welcome. You’ll leave feeling more confident on the reformer and ready for future classes, and it’s a great opportunity to make new connections!
If you’re ready to jump right in, feel free to browse the class descriptions on our schedule and select the one that resonates with you. We recommend arriving a bit early, especially for your first class, so you can inform the instructor and receive assistance as they show you around. Each instructor is attentive to every participant and takes the time to explain exercises and transitions in detail.

Join the waitlist! It’s a great way to increase your chances of getting into the class. You’ll receive an email and text notification if you’re successfully enrolled, based on the contact information linked to your account. A friendly reminder: students can be automatically enrolled up to one hour before the class begins, so it’s important to treat waitlist reservations like class reservations. If you find yourself unable to attend with only an hour's notice or change your mind about coming, please remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as possible. Once enrolled, students are subject to the late cancel and no-show policy. To avoid any penalty fees, make sure to cancel class reservations at least 6 hours before the class starts!

Failure to cancel will incur a $20 No-Show fee, in addition to losing the class credit. Additionally, if you arrive late and are unable to enter the building, it will be treated as a No-Show.No-Show Fee: If you do not cancel your class booking and fail to attend, you will incur a $20 no-show fee. This fee will be applied in addition to the loss of class credit. Please remember to cancel any bookings for classes you are unable to attend.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class. If you are late, the classroom door will be closed, and entry will not be permitted to avoid disrupting other students and the instructor. A late or no-show penalty will apply, resulting in the loss of that class credit. If you know you won’t arrive on time, please cancel your reservation in advance.
